I was on vacation and was without a phone and could not wait on a phone to be mil from my insurance claim. And he helped My Husband get his watch line connected to his phone and I got a new phone and put my old number on it until Mclane comes in and then I'll put the new number on it. Very good Experience! Jason was very personable

MICHAEL SAVED THE DAY!Michael D saved the day. Someone "borrowed" my elderly mother's phone in Walmart. Michael spent 2 hours recovering her data, teaching her about the phone, answering her questions. We were about to head to the area from another state. But Michael saved the day! We were not sure what to do, seriously.Michael, we owe ya, bud!

Jason and Michael were shining examples of what exemplary customer service is and should be. I've been with a view cell companies and their level of customer service reminded me of why I decided to stay with AT&T. They went over everything quickly and even pointed out a few ways to adjust my plan and save me money. Thank you guys, I hope your management sees this. You both keep doing an amazing job, we your customers appreciate it.

Gentleman there was rude and seemed bothered to even have to talk to me or attempt to help resolve my issue, I understand he was the only one there and had another customer but to act like your annoyed just by having to help the other customer is just unprofessional.Glad I'm staying a T-Mobile customer.They don't treat there customers like they are pest.
