Terrible since merging. The lobby has always been closed. Often there is only 1 lane open for drive-thru banking while multiple employees are at the window or working inside. Regularly have to wait 15-20 minutes in line.

ATM always broken and never takes deposits, the line of 5 cars with one window open didn't move for 10 min so I left.Maybe the line wouldn't be so long if the atm wasn't always messed up.

The worst bank I have ever used. I dont recommend anyone to ever sign up with them. We have been a loyal customer for years. There has to be a cliff to jump off that is better then that bank. Good luck with anyone that has to go there

I used to love this bank until they changed hands....i wanted to deposit a check for 1600. They only deposited 160.00 took another 15-20 minutes to get it straight. Then went in to get 100.00 out of my checking account the lady that was working the inside window did not know what the he'll she was doing ended up taking 200. Out of my account instead of 100.00. Thinking of moving on. Don't mess with my money!

They have awesome staff. I just wish they would not talk so much at the drive thru window. Talk to your co workers about your outside life after you clock out or when the drive thru doesn't have a million and one ppl in the window.

I had a problem with the ATM at this location where it took my cash and ate my checks. It was after midnight so customer service was closed. So the next day I go in and meet with Will Parrot, and he got everything fixed for me! Thank you Will, you are great and I hate that you'll be leaving to go back to the Mount Pleasant location! You make this location wonderful, and I'm gonna dislike not seeing your smiling face!
