These people are the worst. They are lazy, unprofessional pathological liars that take no pride in their job or the service they provide. Well they don't provide service, actually. They didn't show up to pick up an Amazon return for the 4th time. No call no show. They make up excuses for why they couldn't make it. Avoid this company. Hang it up guys. You aren't cut out for this work thing.

The rudest people I have ever dealt with.. the old lady hung up on me after telling me that they had reschedule for the third time. Never got delivery. Most unprofessional people I have ever talked to .. DO NOT RECOMMEND..if I could give negative stars I would.

Order picked up on 12/11/23...sitting in columbia SC since 12/19/23( 10 days ) ....supposed to be delivered before xmas...different excuse everytime we call and are not allowing us to pick up..worst LTL experience I have had in 20 years

My item was supposed to be delivered 11/15 and it is 12/27 and I have called 5 times and they can tell me nothing. I still don’t know when I will get it.

Horrible service. Avoid if possible. Ordered merchandise from Home Depot and it's been sitting in W. Columbia for 19 days now. Latest update from a call last Thursday with them it was supposed to be delivered today. Called to today to check on it and NO, can't deliver until Thursday,...they are so disorganized they can't confrim when it will get to me.

The most unprofessional company I've ever experienced. The representative is very unsure and has an unprofessional attitude. I was told they may get my shipment out Friday meanwhile there was no effort to schedule an appointment for delivery. "We will try to get it out by Friday." Second time dealing with this company. Good luck if they ever recieve your product to deliver!

Honest truth it was really hard to get ahold of them to get my ordered delivered.But once I did get ahold of the office I got my order safe and sound no damage. They delivered it on the day and where I told them to drop it. I'm giving them a 5 star because sometimes communication is hard but I would rather have my product safely then to get someone on the phone 24/7.

It’s difficult to review them because they just never turn up to pick up your packages… multiple times. Unless you have to use them because Walmart has them handle some pickups in South Carolina, don’t. Worst service in the world.

Have my package at there facility but won't let me pick it up after its been delayed for a second time this week. Worst delivery services I've ever seen. Pilot freight and Berry's freight definitely earned the 2 stars they have. They expect you to take off work every other day for a package that doesn't get delivered. Why walmart would use them i have no clue. They have now lost a 100 pound tv. What a joke of a company.

I called one time, confirmed my reference number with the company's customer service representative, and arranged for next day delivery. Driver arrived on schedule, professionally off-loaded our 4 chairs, wished me a good day and departed. I was very pleased with this freight company and look forward to using them in the future.

Worst Freight company ever. We scheduled delivery and they never showed up, never called. 4 days later I called them and was told their driver ran out of time and they were waiting for me to call and reschedule. Since when is that the customers responsibility! And now they can't get me on the scheduled for another week. My package has been sitting at their facility for over 2 weeks and no one seems to care. Completely unprofessional.

The worst service. They just deliver your items my which was in a large box. The delivery person just dropped it off in the middle of my driveway and took off. Blocking me in .No curtesy call or ring my door bell would of been nice.

The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Had to go pick up my own items because they do not relay information to the customer. When I called they were short and very little help. I got to the place to pick up my items and they said it would not fit in my suv. The guy shook his had and said it would not fit. He acted like I was a burden to his time. They only helped a little bit to load into my suv. I had to do must of the work. They still made the money for shipping it to my house but didn’t have to pay a guy or the gas to deliver the item. Seem like they would have been happy and will to help, if they didn’t have to pay someone and has to deliver to my home. Horrible company and I will never allow something to be shipped through this business again.

I ordered a treadmill from Dick's Sporting Goods that was shipped all the way from Washington State. Once it got to Columbia, Berry's was the carrier who was assigned to deliver it. I received a call from Berry's from a rude woman who said they had my treadmill in their possession, but they were too busy to deliver it and that it would take an additional 7 days before they could bring it to me. Bear in mind I live only 4 miles from their business. She never would give me her name and she tried to speak over me the entire conversation. I asked her how close the delivery men would bring it to the house once they arrived and asked if they could wheel it to the backyard so I could put it directly in the room it was to be assembled in. The lady flipped out and said they were strictly forbidden from delivering packages to the backyard. My backyard has a paved sidewalk entrance and there is no real reason a delivery cannot be made just a few feet into my backyard. After she calmed down, she told me my delivery time would be a week from that day between 12pm and 4pm. The day of I called them after 3:30 to confirm that and I was told I would have my package by 4pm. It showed up at 6:15 (2 hours late) that evening. The gentlemen who delivered it were very kind and respectful. I moved my cars, allowed them to back in my driveway to get close to the house, and they hand-trucked my package to the backyard like I wanted all along. I asked them about the lady who answers the phones and refuses to give her name to anyone and they said her name was "Stella." We all laughed about how mean and rude she is, which apparently she is always this way with everyone. I give the actual delivery men 5 stars, but because of Stella I can only award 3 because she is that difficult to deal with. The package itself was also in great shape with no damage when it arrived and I thank the delivery personnel for their awesome care and respect.
