I have been told every day this week that my daughter's prescription has been ordered and will be in the next day. Each day we are told it's not in and then the same as the previous day. I just wanted to know if we need to go to another Pharmacy. However I can't get anywhere with them. When I ask to speak with a manager I am always told nobody there is a manager or in charge. My family has been going to this Pharmacy for 20 years. What happened to good customer service??

Pharmacy manager and tech was so rude..we ordered a Claritin D she refused to scan my cvs card app because she wants my ID first and arguing a customer it was completely wrong. No sorry whatsoever. We understand the policy and we are not refusing to show the ID..Customer is always right and your paycheck and hours comes from the consumer.

Convenient location. Terrible phone channel. I called 9 times and was only able to connect to a person once and then was hung up on. Minute clinic was EXTREMELY rude. May behoove them to remember the people they are dealing with already feel unwell, There is no need to be nasty to them. I would love to file a complaint with corporate but I'm sure their phone system is just as bad. There's a perfectly nice pharmacy right next door. Take your business there.
