This was the first time completing all paper work on line. So went I got to Columbia, SC airport to pick up my car, I was meet by Maddie who absolutely a gem. She a kind and professional and assure me that all ready for me to pick up my car.

I am a regular customer with Enterprise. They have been reliable. The vehicles are nice and the transaction has been smooth. This last time i checked in online so all i did was pick up and leave. I paid exactly what was quoted. I will use them again.

I like the fact that Enterprise is trying to keep the cost of renting cars to a sensible level for customers but that doesn’t mean that you have to cut back on your vehicle maintenance. Last time I rented a car I had to swap the first one I chose and the second one was also making some subtle noise. Cars are not properly maintained and I think they don’t go through regular checks and oil change either. That needs to be improved. I’m a loyal enterprise customer and will be renting in the future. My request is please keep the price low but not the quality of your service (vehicle in this case).

It appears that the individual responding to reviews is more focused on maintaining appearances to show that they care rather than providing real help. I followed up by email as instructed in their reply, but I haven't received any response yet. Never have I had such a bad experience with a company.

Phone system hangs up on you in about 5 minutes telling you to call back later ... does not give you the option to stay on hold ....
