Have always wanted to try a Firehouse sub restaurant but the aren't any around where we live. So when we were on vacation and saw one we tried it and we're not disappointed. I had the pulled pork coleslaw on Hawaiian bun. It was so delicious. My husband had an Italian and was very happy with his also.

I haven’t even received my order yet to rate the food but had to rate the person taking my order; she was VERY friendly and professional!!

Wrong food contacted them said they were writing it down to replace it. When went for replacement employee did not write it down and they would not replace it. Corporate office was off no help. Wasted time and money on sorry food and attitude!

My only problem with firehouse is the God-awful online ordering system, it’s confusing and extremely hard to use. Not user friendly at all. Not even sure if my order placed or not ?

In and out quickly with my to go order... Food tasted fresh and hot.... My only complaint was that I asked for extra extra mayo and barely got any at all... I would definitely be back in when I'm in the area!!!Parking: Felt like I was going in circles to try to find the front door... Other businesses in the strip mall had parking for their business only with towing strictly enforced... Didn't want to take a chance not knowing how long I would be there.
