I usually just grab something from Publix or Walmart, but this was on a completely different level. The quality was outstanding, and the flowers actually smelled amazing, which you rarely get from grocery store bouquets. Tim was great to work with. He is friendly, helpful and clearly takes pride in what he does. The pricing felt very fair for the level of quality and care that went into the arrangements. “I appreciate a business with heart. I dropped in to pick up some flowers for someone who just lost their baby. I wanted sunflowers to bring some sunshine, and while they were low on them, they recommended a perfectly suitable alternative. They helped me with the vase and even allowed me to pick a beautiful butterfly adornment to add to the arrangement. They were sweet and thoughtful and professional, not to mention did a great job on the arrangement. I will definitely keep them in mind for future floral needs, and I work at a local hospital so I’ll also be recommending them to patient families.”
“I ordered an anniversary bouquet for my wife for our wedding anniversary through the FTD flowers site. It's been a number of years since ordering through FTD. My wife's flowers were delivered by Floral Elegance By Jourdain. I have not heard of their business or used them before, and did not know which florist would be used by FTD for the delivery.
They did an awesome job! I appreciate the beautiful bouquet (pictured), and the timely delivery. Very happy that they are an FTD approved/affiliated florist. I hope to use them again in the future.”

My wife and I have been married 47 years so I surprised her with 47 roses I had them delivered to the restaurant ahead of time I think they did an awesome job. Antoine even provided a box for me to shuttle them home after our meal.
