Wow what a horrible experience. I stopped in last night to get some warm gloves and a warm beanie because I was having to ride my moped from here all the way back to lugoff sc, where I live. All I had was some pennies on me separated in baggies. The lady had her back turned to me when she told me the price, I told her I had change and she told me to leave it on the counter. I did. And as I headed to my moped. To hear up on warmer accessories she came running out the door hollering for me. Saying she can't take my change. I said why she. Said they do point take Change. I didn't have very much money at all, and was trying to get something to eat Also. I was upset , Freezing and still had a long trip Ahead ot Me. I gave the gloves and hat back and told her to keep the change she gave me the change back. I was so upset ?. It was $1..50. I have her almost 3$ in change. If I would have been her I would have either counted the change or covered the stuff. Or gave it to the person. It's goodwill. They are supposed to be here to help. She stomped right back in with the gear I stopped to get that I desperately needed. With no other thought about my situation. I told her what and why I needed that stuff when I came in. I'm just shocked. I had to spend food money on gloves because I had to have them.

Goodwill was open on December 31st for normal hours. The store was open and drop-off was supposed to be open until 7pm. Many were still trying to drop off goods during the window of 5:30-6pm. The doors for drop-off were locked. There were 2 employees talking and they saw the people waiting (even after knocking and ignored). The poor overwhelmed cashier (one cashier in the store with a very long line) even called for receipts for people dropping off and no one would come from the back for code 030. We leave pristine nice high quality items. I do not expect to be back. There are other charities that treat people better and if not clothes I would rather go to Restore from now on.

Friendly staff. Goodwill has been going up in price so you need to know what you are buying.

goodwill is not a charity despite its name or that it is a thrift shop. you give them free gently used items and they make a fortune never once giving it all to charity. if you truly want to donate to those in need then Salvation Army or a church, Vietnam Veterans or some group like that are where to go to ensure your are helping those who need it not a private company that isn't a charity

Management tends to be extremely rude and poor mannered and the employees who run the registers are also poor mannered as well

Items organized by sections. No clothes in the aisles and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. This was Senior Discount Day on Tuesday and we took advantage of the savings. . Glad they were open because this was July 4th. Good customer service. We shopped in the Retail Store. Did not visit the Outlet Section.

Honestly love it! If you’re a big thrifting fan then definitely go! Found manyyyy good pieces, got around 40 pounds of clothes for 44 dollars ?

It was a really humiliating experience by three of the workers today in front of many other customers. I believe two were managers. I was over charged for so many items by the cashier who clearly sought it out for me. I literally walked out and started crying from this experience with my two kids in hand. Shame on you for treating people this way. This particular lady has never been pleasant and i always try to make conversation and be kind. The managers should learn to make the moment right. What I experienced was just embarrassment.

We came to town hoping to meet YouTube famous HarryTornado!! We went to the goodwill bins outlet store, retail store, and the flea market!! We came home to North Carolina with 250 lbs of thrift items we bought for reselling!! The bins are half price on Wednesday and Friday, and open at 10am and close at 7PM! They don’t change out the bins, we went there two days in a row, and it was the same stuff. So they are different from every other goodwill bins outlet store I’ve been to. The wheels on the few roll about carts they have are SHOT!! Also, this is not a good location if you’re disabled, the bins are hard to get into because they’re not the regular flat bins., no room for chairs. If you have to take a break from standing and walking your SOL, so bring a team so you can take turns. Happy hunting!!

Housewares were disorganized and prices too high for the condition/quality. Shoes and clothing looked more organized but I didn't take the time to rummage through those items.
