This credit union has gone way downhill. Every visit something goes wrong, that staff is unprofessional and hostile, the website and app are slow and dated, any time they have to mail or order something it takes several weeks and it rarely seems to be correct the first time. I've been a member for several years and I've had enoughof the nonsense

This review has nothing to do with the location, but with the Union altogether. When I joined years ago, I was under the impression that they were all about community and their customers. I was wrong. Definitely not good for small businesses. But what's worse is that they not only duplicated my car loan with them on my credit report, they showed that I haven't made a payment in 15 months and they killed my utilization. I've tried to fix it for months with them; they even denied the dispute saying the duplicate account ($30k balance!!) was accurate. Thanks PCFCU for ruining my credit and possibly my business.

I have to state upfront that this review is strictly in regards to their credit card division. This is a secondary banking account for me. I had considered changing the bank to my primary but after the CC issues I don't see that happening. I had 2 fraudulent charges on my Visa card. Both to the same place, both on the same day. I received a text message concerning one of the charges and it was blocked immediately. The second charge slipped through and was cleared (not really sure how that happened) I was instructed to go online to dispute this charge which I did. A week later and I had not gotten any reply or acknowledgment that my email dispute had even been received. I sent a 2nd email asking for an update and mentioning the lack of communication which was also ignored. 10 days after the fraud, I went to my local bank to discuss with someone there. The lady there called and was told that they would be returning the money to my card in just a couple of days. 5 days later (2 weeks after the fraudulent charge) the money has in fact been returned. I still have never received any sort of communication whatsoever from their credit card department. Very poor customer service.

Great Credit Union! Been with them for 16+ years now. They have been great with everything from checking accounts(business and personal), car loans, to home loans.

This review is not specifically for this location. I opened my first bank account here and the service is usually pretty great. My review is for the company as a whole. I'm giving them a three because the service in person is pretty good. However, I have had to major incidents in the last 6 months of something going wrong with my account. I have to say that it is really hard to get someone on the phone. Earlier today, I was on hold for over 15 minutes trying to speak with someone until I finally hung up to call back and leave my number. I am extremely frustrated and am giving thought to closing all of my accounts with them and moving to another bank. I. find it kind of ridiculous that someone can't answer the phone to answer a couple of questions regarding my account. I couldn't even get a someone on the phone to tell me my balance. I just ended up sending an email and I'll just go in person. It might take three days for someone to reply back over the internet. I'm very disappointed in this bank.

Today we were assisted by a young lady from the Palmetto Federal Teachers Credit Union VIA the Teller Line. Even though it was right after lunch she took the time and was very patient with our situation. Her name was Cassandra and her professionalism and integrity were above board. She even called us back to alert us about something in our account. It is rare you get this kind of Customer Service in these uncertain times. I suggest she gets a promotion and CASH Award. Mr. Aller

Need a mask to be able to use your own bank for walk in. No where else in west Columbia requires it. Good way to lose business yet again with this bank. Nothing but horrible service the last 6 months. Thinking about switching

My experience with PCFCU has been excellent. I have used several banks in the past but I think y'all are the friendliest & helpful that I've ever used. I really like that I can do almost all my banking online. I have several accounts & plan to continue using y'all for all my banking needs!! In this day when kindness & customer service is hard to find~~I have always experienced it here. Please continue the great job!!
