Today was my first time patronizing this salon. Jimmie was the person who did my pedicure and I could not be more satisfied! At first he seemed a little cold, but as we began to chat, i found he's really friendly, funny and personable. My disability is clearly obvious and he made sure to be careful and gentle as he worked with me. From this point on, this is my salon

I went here to get my acrylics removed because it was urgent, but he just pried them off with a piece of plastic and charged me 12 dollars, this is unusual because at most places they will soak your nail or drill it down first so it won’t damage your natural nails. I was nervous the whole time because it felt like he was about to rip off my actual nail but I just sucked it up and got it over with because it was too late to back out. Although he was nice and asked me questions I will most likely never come back here again and I do not recommend coming here if you want to get your acrylics removed because you will most likely be leaving with broken apart nails.Service: Synthetic nail removal

I’ve been going here since I moved to Columbia in 2017 the couple that runs this business are so sweet and I’m always laughing and enjoying my time there outside of fantastic customer service I have literally never been disappointed with my nails or pedicure which is truly saying a lot because I’ve tried other places and haven’t returned to them.

Absolutely love this nail salon ! Great customer service , wonderful technicians, and my nails last me longer than any other place ive ever gone to in columbia . Jimmy and Lynn are fantastic and i always leave here feeling more confident than ever !

I've been going to this place for years and there's a reason! They do a fantastic job at letting you pamper yourself... The massages during the pedicure are amazing and my nails always look beautiful! The customer service is awesome and I highly recommend them. I like to call to make an appointment so that I don't have to wait too long.Services: Waxing

Nail service is good but the guy staff is rude. He popped my friends fingers with a file because it got stiff while he was working on it. He even twisted the fingers as if he is not being paid for his job. Not a good experience.

Stopped in here because it was close to work. The lady that did my pedicure was very rude. Won't be going back. Plus they charge $2.00 extra for using a card.

Thank you pretty nails for a great calm experience with good customer service and beautiful nails as an end result. This was my first time using pretty nails, but it definitely will not be my last. Lin did a wonderful job.
