Went to this store to get new phones and switch from Verizon. We were greeted by Ty, who seemed so helpful and wanted to get us a good deal. They didn’t have the phone we wanted so she ordered it and said she would waive the fee and have it delivered next day. She also stated she would waive one of the activation fees to where we only had to pay it on one phone. Ty told us we needed to pay a $100 deposit on each phone that would be refunded on the bill. She also said she needed to give us two Sim cards for us to have when the phones came in. We left feeling great and we thought we had worked with someone that was wonderful. Little did we know that that was all false. TY LIED TO US ABOUT EVERYTHING. When the phones still hadn’t arrived two days later, I called and spoke with someone at T-Mobile customer service who states the phones were actually on back order and would not arrive until three weeks later. Lie number one. We were told we had to pay the $100 deposit for each phone and it would be refunded but that was lie number two. That amount was not going to be refunded. The third lie was the biggest. She should not have given us Sim cards until the phones came in because she totally screwed up our account. We are now not able to have a deal with T-Mobile because we had to close the account because Ty totally messed it up and we have to start over. The guy helping us over the phone was so apologetic and was very irritated that Ty had done this but there was nothing he could do. Ty had set up our account as an upgrade instead of as a new customer. He even went and talked to a supervisor, but there was nothing that could be done. We have to wait 90 days after our account is closed if we want to go try T-Mobile again. After the experience we’ve had, I think that’s going to be a hard pass. I think T-Mobile probably is a good service, but Ty has left a very bad taste in our mouth. So if you go to this store and you see Ty coming, run the other way.

Worst experience of our lives this store is scamming people stole money from us stay away I am reporting them to corporate have a police report they made a 398.18 mistake took money and it’s almost 30 days no refund I am sickened

A WORD OF WARNING...TMobile bought out Sprint. I was a Sprint customer for many years and their customer service was great. But not so with TMobile. Please read what happened carefully, then go elsewhere.I added another phone to my plan. Than some time after that my orignial phone which I kept on my hip, it disappeared and I couldn't find it. The lady at this location couldn't help me find it and I use my phone for business, so I had to get another phone. Here is where everything went horribly wrong...I was told that rather pay for another phone, if I added a 3rd line, both the phone and the 3rd line would be free. I would still be paying around $105 per month. How could I refuse that?This was in either March or April of 2023, but every month since I have received bills ranging from $159 to over $200 each month. And every month I have called in to try and fix this problem with my bill. For the first several months, I was told my bill was corrected and the price was adjusted, but the next month would come and another high bill would come.Then a supervisor told me he fixed my problem, made adjustments, and lowered my bill for good to under $95 because of all the grief I had been through, and it would never change. He lied. He changed my plan to that of a 1st responder, and then I began getting notices that said I had to prove I was 1st responder. I had no idea what was happening at this point, I didn't know he changed my plan.So I keep calling in ever month and keep getting the run around. It was admitted to me on one call that for all of the early calls my account was adjusted in price just to pacify me and pass me off to someone else the following month.And now, I am told my bill cannot be adjusted to what I was promised and I have to pay $169 per month, I can take it or leave it. To me, this is bait and switch. I was promised one thing, but I cannot receive what I was promised. The last guy told me that perhaps I should read my contract more carefully, they can do what they want regardless of what I am told.While my actual phone service has been good, I have been told a lot of lies, and have spent around 13 hours of my time since the spring trying to get this corrected. I am thinking I may now talk to my attorney and consider legal action. I will definitely be spreading this info all over social media from now on. I have that right and I excercise that right.This has been the most unreal customer experience I have had outside of being treated in a similar fashion by Time warner Cable many years ago, who also lied and then charged higher prices than promised. This is unacceptable customer service, and after 18 years, I am thinking it is time to consider switching to another phone company.

Arrived at this location and was not even greeted when I entered. Took 5 minutes for them to address me and then another few minutes for them to send me to another location. Unprofessional and a bit rude.

Went to this T-Mobile office today with my new phone to have the transfer done -- switched from Verizon. It has been awhile since I have experienced customer service this excellent. The folks working this location know exactly what they are doing. They are kind, considerate, respectful and great representatives of this company. Highly recommend this T-Mobile location!

Had an awesome experience with Tyler and Marion! I called around to all the T-Mobile stores in the area and when Tyler picked up the phone and I asked if they had the iPhone 14 Pro Max in stock he knew exactly how many they had and the colors right away. When I arrived at the store they were able to get me completely set up with the new phone and the trade in very quickly. I had a few questions about my monthly bill and Marion was able to help me out with that while Tyler was handling the process of transferring everything to the new phone. Overall these guys did a great job and had amazing customer service. Thank you Tyler and Marion!

The store manager, Quan, was amazing!! He searched to get us the best deals, recommended a new type of phone to me, which I love, and fought his computer system for us, and STILL gave us a little discount, some cups, bags, and a lunch box for our time! Super friendly and looks out for his customers! That gained my loyalty!! I'm a new customer, but now a lifelong one ❤️

The guy manager who started me off in the process was all about self gain and could care less about a customer. The hospitality was lacking to say the least. He even specified that he's trying to make sales. Totally unprofessional. He is not an inviting and caring person to be in the business. The other staff was great. Will be doing follow up business with another stores. They don't have bad ratings for anything.
