I now understand Walmart corp doesn't give two cents about how their stores run as long as they make a buck. Sign says open at 7 get here no-one is here 712 still no-one finally 715 someone shows up and i am told they cannot get me a new tire and put it on until they have two workers and they are not in until 8 ill wait they will not even check me in until the second person is here so here i wait how can Walmart even think customer service is even anywhere near good let alone somewhat good just horrible.

I was at Walmart trying to get help unlock a cabinet in the toothbrush area. I flagged down a Walmart associate name latavia to unlock a cabinet and she told me that she had no key and I would have to walk to customer service to get help, which she could of done for me. Luckily I found a nice lady in the next isle who opened it for me, which I wish I caught her name. Ty for helping me.

Staff and managers are extremely rude. Managers needed some training on how to treat customer right. Worst walmart in South Carolina. You can never find anyone on the salesfloor for assistance. Fast lane checkout took me 15 to.20 minutes just ridiculous.. Not even apologetic..

This location is closest to my house. I've lived here for most of my life, and have been going to this location since it first opened. I have to say, over the years, HUGE decline. I went in today to get some baby items. I saw several staff members up front to stock the season items, but were talking with each other and a few were on their phones. Extremely unprofessional. There are pallets of unstocked items all over the place and they usually stay that way. Anytime I have to buy electronics, I go to 378 store. This stores electronics staff is unbearable. They always act like they don't want to be there and don't have time for me even when they aren't busy or doing anything else. Lastly, self checkout is a joke. I do the work to check myself out, while the employee watches me (doing very little unless a register has an issue. ) and the door greater STILL accosts me about a receipt. If you offer a discount, I'll self check out all the time. Otherwise, I'm going to be the guy that waits it out in a cashiers line. I'll return here, but only for where it's located.

Shelves are always empty so no need for a list. You might get 3 out of 25 items on it. Takes you longer to checkout than it does to shop?

If they say they're open on Maps, most likely they're not. Says it closes at 12 yet employees standing in front of the door at 10:55 saying "we're close". Nasty place too very disappointing

They are a walmart, but they are doing better than they were. The only problem I've ever had with this store was there were no good buggys. They have since fixed this issue and I haven't had a noisy buggy for the past few months.

This store almost never offers a pleasant shopping experience. You never know what they won't have in stock. Long checkout lines even to the self check area. I long ago gave up asking the staff for help. They rarely know enough to help you. Not their fault. Morale seems to be low. Working at Walmart must be a miserable job and it is rare to encounter a happy employee. I don't feel unsafe here but I know what it must feel like to be a cow in a stockyard. Moo!

Been here three times in 2 Days, everything we needed we got. Fast in and out. Great location, plenty of parking, no complaints.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst Walmart in South Carolina. Can't even get a manager to help a customer. All employees should know how to run every department that way you can provide assistance to all your customers. What a joke this Walmart is. I will from now on go out of my way to go to a different one.

I went to the pharmacy here today to get my bipolar meds and ended up with a mania. I went to get my meds which cost $21 and some change so I asked if that was with insurance and the lady said no. She said I would have to go where you drop off to get my insurance added and i did. I waited over 15 min because the lady had another customer and was taking her sweet time with no care in the world chit chatting about stuff not related to her dropping off her meds. I got frustrat

My sweet Mom took her grandsons, my sons, to Walmart SmartStyle to get their hair cuts as we have done many other times and they have always done a great job and always been a great experience but today was HORRIBLE and I am now at a different salon getting their hair cuts fixed and having to pay for two more hair cuts in one day.
