“We stopped by this store,and found it much the same as the other 2 we have visited recently picking out remodel stuff...You can expect these stores to be out of approximately 20 percent of ANYTHING that you might want as all ordering is done above store level...Very frustrating to have to visit so many places to find stock that SHOULD BE in all the stores...Our experience with ordering and having it delivered has also been poor with thus chain...deliveries are also scheduled above store level, so our experience is about 80 percent of the time, our needs are "shorted" and we are forced to return to the store for a "credit" and then going elsewhere to find what we needed...”

“I can’t say enough good things about this Home Depot. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Hubby and I were working on a DIY Landscape project and we ran into a snag. Miss Sally in the Garden department came to the rescue! She is my hero, Sally was able to help us find the materials we needed then escorted us to Miss Brianna in the customer service department to help us get the products delivered to our home. Brianna also went above and beyond to help us schedule a perfect delivery. A special thanks to Lucas, also in the garden department for helping me load my car with what didn’t need to go with the delivery.
