“Felicia and Chris in the Service Dept. were very professional and rockstars. The reason - I recently purchased a new 2023 Silverado at a different dealership. While washing the truck, I noticed the passenger side mirror did not fit tightly together. No idea if it was that way when purchased or it happened in a parking lot. I spoke with Felicia about my issue and instead of making an appointment just to look at, she popped out of her sit and we walked outside to look at it. She got Chris to take a look to see if it was warranted or not. Once it was deemed under warranty, within minutes he popped it into place. As busy as he was, I could have asked to schedule an appointment to fix. Hats of to both Felicia and Chris to great customer service and experience. Because of you two, I will drive a little further to have the truck serviced in the future. Thank you!”
“If I could give these guys and gals 10 stars I would. I hit a deer in my box truck that took out my bumper and a fuel tank while I had a delivery. I had a load on the truck when I got it towed there. They heard what kind of jam I was in and DROPPED EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING AND GOT DA KID RUNNING SO I COULD DELIVER THAT LOAD. They're the best. Shout-out to the owner pretty boy Dan, Ms.Trisha, Ms. Cindy, I can't remember the other beautiful soul in the office that let me use her charger and the whole crew that worked through lunch to get me running. I utilize this shop as an "emergency, I need it now" parts store, they usually have what you need, they can order it from another store and get it at the Belton store, or they can order it in from their warehouse.Great staff, they know their stuff, they're happy to help you find what you need just in case you don't know what you're specifically looking for.They can test batteries, alternators, and check engine lights. Handy if you're dealing with a strange issue and need to get it more figured out.”

“I have delt with David several times and he did a fine job replacing all my seat foam and putting on new leather on my seats. That was a few years ago and they still look brand new, absolutely perfect. I also bought the entire front fiberglass clip, hood fenders everything to replace on a corvette a while back after a minor accident created a hole in my original. The hood I got from him did not even need painting, just a hood cleaning and buffing and installed right in lace, looks great, good as new. David took it off of a car in his lot himself, helped me load it on my truck and charged a very fair price for it. I don’t know where these reviews stating he is rude or arrogant come from. They treated me like a regular customer the very first time I went there for something without even knowing me at all.”
