“Eagle Guard Storage is convenient and priced competitively. What needs improvement is the constant improvement on the grounds. But, the reason we stayed other than what I mentioned, is the outstanding customer service from Tammy. She values you as a customer and when a small glitch occurred she worked the problem and fixed it. Hands down excellent service.”

“The storage size was very accommodating for the number and size of the items that I needed space for. The facility is very clean and location accessible. The only negative was not being able to be partially refunded for the short rental time ( 7 days) into the new month. (June 7th moved out) 23 days paid for unused rental. $263.00. I would use the facility again and would recommend to others.”

She walked me through the pricing, Potential charges, coverages, requirements, and she walked me through the lease. She made my first storage rental very quick and painless. She was very patient with me while walking me through the process. It is also very affordable and so far from what I can tell, they have no hidden fees. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage in South Carolina. Looking at public storage reviews with hiking prices and hidden fees this place sounds like paradise. “Just a safe place to keep my stuff. I’ve missed a payment once. Had a gate problem once. Everything has always been fixed with one phone call. I’ve never felt like they are going to sell my stuff or worried that my stuff isn’t safe. I do still ask every once in a while, “you’ll call me if I don’t respond to an email right” they always say yes.”

“Hwy 86 Mini is a great place to store your stuff. We've had a 10x10 since 2017 and have never had any problems. Mr Jimmy is always happy to help, the prices are super-fair, and the communication is awesome. Gated property, key pad entrance, cameras, fenced in property, rent drop slot, auto pay....they got it all.”
