“I’ve been a renter of a unit here for nearly two years now and I’ve got absolutely zero complaints. The place is spacious, open 24/7, an no drama. I’ve rented at some other places in the past that bait and switch the rental price after 2 months, but that’s not the case here. Very fair and consistent. 10/10!”
“Very quick and easy use. Was able to pay for rental and start use same day - all very easily on their website. Convenient location, easy to get in and out of the gate. I did bring my own lock for the unit - other than that, the area feels safe and secure”
“Just a safe place to keep my stuff. I’ve missed a payment once. Had a gate problem once. Everything has always been fixed with one phone call. I’ve never felt like they are going to sell my stuff or worried that my stuff isn’t safe. I do still ask every once in a while, “you’ll call me if I don’t respond to an email right” they always say yes.”
“The service I received was excellent. I can't think of the lady's name who answers the phone calls, but she is super nice and very helpful. The guy in maintenance was also very accommodating and actually came back around to check if I needed any help loading my things.

“Great rates!! Clean, easy access and private too! 24hr surveillance, completely fenced in with security controlled gate (just uses a code to let you in), and someone is always on site during the week 9 -5. Privately owned and easy to work with! Definitely lenient with rental payments when needed. After all of the different storage places that I've rented from over the years, I have to say that this one is a 10/10 top notch place!! I would recommend it over all of them, without blinking an eye:)”

“People who have had bad experiences at our facility are typically people who don’t want to follow rules and pay there bills on time. We do run a tight ship. And I want apologize for that. We been here for almost 20 years and we continue to be the most affordable storage facility around. We achieve that by weeding out the folks who don’t pay on time or Want to live in buildings or want to rebuild there engines in there cars in front of good customers doors. Bottom line is we do thank the community for there support over the years”

They assisted on making the process quick and easy so I could focus on what needed to be done. “Second time in 8 months Sanders helped me move items to storage and my new place…then move things again once renovations were complete. Chris and Israel showed up on time, were patient as I sorted through items on what goes to my place and what goes to a new storage location. I decided to swap out some items once in my home, and they were gracious in loading them for storage. They helped me decide the best placement of my sectional and made sure everything was re-assembled (shelves, etc.). They were efficient and we were finished in 2.5 hours.
