Gave me a price before and had it done reasonably. All this ended up only 1/4 of the price it would have cost to had my wife's MB done at a Dealership”

He even offered to refurbish parts of it to improve its overall appearance. Ultimately, we both felt I could probably find one in better shape if I looked around a bit. As I was thanking him for his time and about to hang up, he was already one step ahead and pointed me to another source for what I needed. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. While it took very little of his time to do so, he had the selflessness to pause and make sure I had somewhere else to look.
