“I chose to look for a used SUV or Truck at your dealership, based on your location. I figured that the staff would be much friendlier, than the ones in Greer, Greenville, or Spartanburg, and I wasn't disappointed! Instead of choosing a used car, Dwight showed me a new Trailblazer, and after driving it, and discussing the car, and my possible trade with him, I was almost certain that I wanted it, but I needed to think about it. There was NO pressure to make my decision "on the spot", and was even told that if that one sold before I returned, he was almost certain that he could get another. I returned the next day with my trade, and even though Dwight was not working that day, David, and the staff helped us make the deal, and get into my new car. Everyone there, are friendly, and accommodating! I had completely forgotten the title to my trade-in, and had to go home to retrieve it. Again, no pressure, no scense of aggravation from them. When I returned, it was a smooth process. David even set up the My Chevrolet app on my phone. Great experience all the way around, and I will definitely recommend to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle, to go there first!”
