“This was the first time I have brought my Toyota to Lakeview for repairs and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that was received. To say it was a wonderful experience, was an understatement. Mostly impressed by the the thorough communication from Butch in the front, they even sent quotes to my phone after my vehicle was checked out! I’ve never had that kind of service before. Also I noticed Phill was doing an excellent job explaining to customers what work needed to be done and most importantly “why it needed done”. Mathew & Ethan did my tire rotation and the computer showed that I needed a belt and tensioner and James took care of that. They were all very efficient and friendly. You could tell they really enjoy their job, I have found a new “go-to place to take my vehicle for repairs in the future. I would highly recommend Lakeview Automotive.”
