I don't understand why this store says it opens at 8am when it's 10 to 15 minutes past that time and there's no signs of life. What kinda of staff works here ?

A total dump. Items scattered all over the floor. Empty shelves. The only employee was the cashier and we found her smoking outside, at which point she came in to check us out.
