There's always racks in the isle three or 4 people outside smoking cigarettes laughing and joking making fun of people that walk in nothing is priced right and they act like it's a problem if u walk up to the register to check out trash all in the floor nothing is ever done here and the people are never the same must be bad management

The store is suppose to be open at 8am, however I have been waiting outside the store along with 3 other people and at 8:27 am, no employee has yet to show.

This is one of the 3 dollar generals I've wasted gas I didn't have to waste for all three of them to have written signs on the glass doors saying closed. They should notify Google so they don't have upset customers like me , again

Horrible service, always closed when they are supposed to be open. Either worker shortage or Lazy workers, I think the latter.

Staff are friendly for the most part (didn't enjoy hearing a staff person in conversation using vulgar language and laughing, (probably should have waited for lunch break behind the building?), but store needs to be cleaned/organized.

I'll be honest, the only reason why I stopped by this store was because I had passed an intersection that had a "Covid-19 Help Tent" that offered free food for those in need, and for others to drop off. There was a sign by the road stating they needed food. There's not much around and much further there are many new home/community construction but nothing else. So when I saw this Dollar General and recall not seeing anything else and knew the chance of me returning to this area was slim since I was passing through for my 2nd shot, I felt led to turn around and get some food. As expected, there are items all over the store. I went immediately towards where food items were at (right side). Plenty of snack food, but I was glad to see they had what I wanted to get: various loaves of bread, jars of peanut butter, pasta - spaghetti, rotini, angel hair, bow ties, cans of beans, canned tomatoes, canned fruits, ramen noodles, etc. I was disappointed to find only bottles of soda, and no normal drinking water. Even the big gallon water jug was only distilled water. So the shelves were empty. The cashier wasn't wearing a mask nor the woman who was purchasing an abundance of the flower pens. I let the man who had a few items go ahead of me since I had a cart full of items. He also didn't have a mask. The delivery folks, two different trucks came during my time, wore masks. The cashier was friendly and seemed like she knew the other two customers with chatting, but then again, this is South Carolina and could very well be the friendly folks. It was great that this store was where it was at. It felt cluttered since had food, pet supplies, homegoods, entertainment, cosmetics, decoration and I'm sure a bunch more. I'm grateful that it was where it was at. Parking lot had not much shading and one customer in his truck drove in entering on the right (normal exit) side. Not quite sure if he wanted my parking space since there were many others, but it was interesting to say the least since his truck was blocking for my exit. Either way, I was able to make it to drop off at the Covid Help tent, and then head back home. These Dollar General seem to have most of the essentials and I do recall when on roadtrips seeing them throughout in smaller towns too.
