“I joined the gym for the first time in my life back in March. I was struggling every month to get my free month when a friend referred me. The employees kept making notes, but no one actually followed up with me to get the issue resolved. This went on for three straight months. Notes were being put in the system 3 times per week. Within that timeframe, Anthony went above and beyond to notice these notes, and make sure that he took care of my free month. Also, when I come in to the gym, I’m greeted with Laila who is very friendly and goes above and beyond every time I see her make sure that I have a great experience at the gym. She is very professional, always has a smile on her face, and goes the extra mile to make sure that all of my questions are answered and anything that I need is taken care of. Planet Fitness in York has an amazing trainer as well. Keno is very instinctive and does an amazing job making sure you know how to be on the right track so that you can be the healthiest and most in shape you can be. I actually live closer to Lake Wylie, but find this gym is a lot larger with friendly staff.”
