The Alonzo Ward Hotel & Plaza is a unique historic hotel in downtown Aberdeen. Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and modern updates that keep the charm. The digital room key works great and plush carpets and soft beds add comfort. The hotel has only 18 rooms, making the stay cozy and friendly. Parking is plentiful. The attached coffee shop and Italian restaurant are a great bonus. The location is convenient, with the museum, restaurants and downtown shopping within walking distance. Service is friendly and food is amazing. Rooms lack a fridge and water pressure is a bit weak, but overall the hotel is a restful hotel to stay.

Loved the historical aspect of the hotel. The rooms were new and clean, beds were comfortable and the 2 nights stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Unique historic hotel. Everything was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Modern updates but with lots of charm. Digital room key worked great. Lots of parking. Will for sure stay again.
