Best Western Ramkota Hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly staff and clean rooms. Guests appreciate the hotel’s quiet atmosphere and well-maintained pool area, praising the maintenance crew for their outstanding service. The rooms are noted for being clean and recently updated, featuring new carpets and comfortable beds. However, some guests have reported issues with housekeeping, including a lack of room service during longer stays and delays in receiving hot water. The hotel is conveniently located near various activities, including a bowling alley and golf course within walking distance, as well as Storybook Land just a short drive away. While the hotel has a restaurant that guests enjoy, there have been complaints about the closure of the bar during busy times, which some consider a poor decision given the number of guests. Overall, Best Western Ramkota Hotel is considered a decent place for short stays, particularly for travelers needing easy access to the airport with a shuttle service available. While some areas need improvement, many guests express a desire to return, especially if issues are addressed.
Just about only place to get a room with new data center construction. Don't let outdated exterior deter you, rooms are comfortable, restaurant very good. Wasn't cheap either, FYI
