“I stopped in looking for a small item for a project I’m making for my dad. I needed a specific size black rock, and even though my purchase was less than $5, the customer service was exceptional. The owner Deb actually brought out a bowl of black rocks so I could find exactly what I needed. She was kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to help.
