“Hitting a deer the first week into a month-long road trip was bad luck. However, I quickly realized that if I had to hit a deer, doing so in the vicinity of Bunney’s was incredibly good luck. I was so lucky I was near them because these people are THE BEST. They’re straight-forward, they’re honest, they’re super pleasant to deal with, but more than that they go above and beyond. I wanted to fix my beloved car if I could and Corey priced everything out, including what my insurance was likely to decide, in a way that allowed me to make an informed decision. Troy kept me informed as my car went through the process of repair. There was one small part we needed to wait on and I really appreciated that they decided to wait for the new one after they tried to patch mine and determined it wouldn’t be a lasting fix. They really understood I was fixing my car to hopefully drive it for years. And, when I got my car back, not only did it look brand new, but they made sure I got home safe. My car was ready at closing time on a Friday, I had a 1,300-mile drive ahead of me with a new radiator system. Troy checked up on me throughout the weekend. He spent part of his Saturday morning on the phone with me giving me a mechanic lesson on how to check and fill the radiator fluid in case it dropped as the new system was working itself out. Apparently, it’s not just me who has had an amazing experience with them because, while my car was getting fixed, as I continued my work road trip in a rental and had to explain to people what happened, people kept asking me“Did you take it to Bunney’s?” This happened across three states! I was hundreds and hundred of miles away and someone, after hearing I hit a deer near Belle Fourche exclaimed “I hope you took it to Bunney’s!” These people have a stellar reputation for a reason. If something bad happens to you and you need collision repair, I hope you’re lucky enough to be near them.”

“I was on the road and needed a radiator cap immediately for my 1998 Honda CRV. Not only did they have it, but it was a quality Gates brand happy super reasonable price. The service was fast and I picked up a couple other things while I was there. I would stop here again if I needed something.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! We had a flat tire on our boat trailer and didn't have the right lug wrench to put on the spare (plus it was 100 degrees outside). First, they were still open at 3pm on a Saturday (which was fantastic), second they were incredibly helpful with finding what we needed, third, they drove us back to our boat trailer and truck so we didn't have to walk in the heat again, and fourth, they drove back again to give us the correct socket size when we called a second time! I wish I could remember the employees names, but whoever owns the store or manages it give the 2 ppl working on Saturday June, 6th in Belle Fourche a raise! Amazing customer service!!”
