I have had problems with my local auto parts store (Sturtevant's) for a year now. I went to AutoZone to ask a couple of questions with the oil filter I had. The guy there (William) answered all of my questions. He even opened the box looked at it, and then asked me if it came like this? I said yes. And then proceeds to tell me that there is supposed to be a protective cover over it to keep dust and stuff out. (oh heck no!) So I went ahead and got a new oil filter, and this time it was properly packaged. William was honest, professional, and straightforward with me. Will definitely be coming here from now on! To get stuff to do my oil changes and other maintenance. Thank you again William.”
