“We were tourists up for The Black Hills Rally on the way to Deadwood when a three wheeler on a demo ride crossed into our lane causing a head on collision and $27,000 in damage to our only vehicle!Our insurance gave my wife three choices in the area. My wife looked up collision repair and found 5 star reviews for Black Hills. Beau and Michael own Black Hills. She dealt mostly with Beau. Having dealt with auto body places for 45 years, we were anxious. Especially considering we are from Texas, our Armada was stuck in Spearfish and the pandemic with it's supply chain problems.We have NEVER had such an exemplary positive experience with a collision repair shop! Beau was over the top informative and responsive. He called us with updates all the way to the end and after.
