However, out of all of those credit unions, SFCU went OUT OF THEIR WAY to ensure we knew our account was dormant and helped us through the process of getting the account back on track. They also refunded every fee taken for dormant status. After losing more money than I'd like to admit from other institutions, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the customer service of Sentinel FCU.”

“I've had an account with SFCU since I was a teenager. my debit card served me well as I grew into an adult and now had bills to pay. I've always received exceptional service from SFCU however, their customer service really shined when I needed a loan for a new car. Pat assisted me with the loan and communicated with me and explained the whole process to me. I had issues when it came to finally making the payment with the loan, however it was not SFCU fault. They were, however, able to assist me by telling me why the payment wasn't going through and how to fix it and we were eventually able to get the payment through. My experience with SFCU stands out compared to other experiences I've had with banks.”
