“Mikayla is amazing! She not only helped me solve my problem, but she helped me with my 10 month old son! She was so kind and could tell I was struggling standing at the counter, so we went to her desk. There I was able to sit while my son crawled around. She balanced helping me and watching my baby crawl around! I am so impressed with Mikayla! If I ever need anything im definitely coming to this branch again. A man i believe is the manager was also amazing. A line had quickly formed and he took the time to come up and talk to all of us while we waited.

“I needed some documents notarized for my mother and my bank said she had to be a member to have this done. I couldn't even pay them to do it.
So I went down the street to Security First Bank on 5th street as my mother has an insurance policy with them. They said they would do it even if she didn't have an account with them! My mother has mobility issues and they offered to go out into the parking lot to our car so my mother didn't have to get out and walk inside.
That's10 star customer service! I may be moving to a new financial institution for my banking needs!
