“When my school printer broke down and I had 20 minutes until this UPS store closed, Mathew answered the call. After I told him I needed two large posters first thing in the morning, he offered to stay after hours and print them out so my team could pick them up as soon as they opened next. He could have had me wait until the next day, but he offered his own time to help out. I demand this man receives a raise immediately.”
“Had a Priority overnight envelope sent that was suppose to deliver by 2:00 PM. It did not plus it kept updating it would be there by 8:00 PM. However, on Saturday a driver named Chad from Denver helped locate where it was. If it was not for him, it would have not been found until the following week and the package was needed immediately. Chad did get ahold of the facility manager and the manger graciously helped out and we received the package. Hats go off to Chad from Denver who was helping out the facility and Brian the Manager of Rapid City.”
