There were noticeable issues with cleanliness that should be addressed, as it affected my impression and ability to fully enjoy the space and food. With better attention to hygiene and upkeep, it could be a much more pleasant environment.

Good food but they NEVER follow cutting instructions for pizza. They shouldn't offer options if they aren't going to honor the request.
