Pros: They offer pickup and drop-off service. The factory reset of my car's computer finally fixed an issue with my iPhone syncing that the customer-available resets never did. Cons: It takes a long time to get an appointment. It takes a long time to get a repeat appointment for an issue they didn't fix the first time. They don't prioritize service failures and repeat service for the same issue -- you're waiting for two weeks just like everyone else. Based on my N=1, they show little attention to detail about the issues requested or needed (thus requiring repeat visits). The communication from the Ford service department was unclear and confusing. If they ever fix this remaining issue, I'm done bringing my car here for service.

I'm not sure why there are only negative reviews available. I had nothing but a good experience at this dealership. Jake helped me work through my specific and difficult situation and helped me get myself into a new truck at the best deal possible! They gave me updates each step of the way and made sure that I was informed with what was going on in the background. At the end of the day I am a happy customer.

Tried to charge get me to replace my ABS control module for $1100. Come to find out the harness that is attached was slightly loose. After re-connecting the harness myself the error codes I received were gone. They clearly didn't actually look at the ABS module and just looked at the error codes the computer spat out and assumed the module was bad. On top of this I had a recall on my airbag that they said they would have the airbag in by the time the initial appointment was, of course that didn't actually happen. Maybe not exactly there fault but still super inconvenient. Go elsewhere.

These people falsely advertise prices on cars and refuses to honor it. I inquired about a Shelby gt350 that was on their website for $58,761 and when I go and place a deposit on it, they magically jack up the price and claim "it was a mistake". Hands down, this dealer is full of thieves, scammers and losers

Purchased multiple cars from this location and always get my vehicles serviced here. Always excellent service and the place has a hometown feel to it. We are currently leasing one of our vehicles from here. One month into this lease our hands free lift gate was too sensitive and always opening when just walking behind the vehicle. Their service area took it in and ripped off the whole back end to replace this sensor. We were never charged a dime and payment was never an issue. I've never had a reason to shop anywhere else.

Currently sitting in the waiting room. Arrived for our oil change appointment on time at 1:30 PM. It is now past three. Asked the attendant how much longer the oil change would take an hour in and all she could tell us was that it was still in the air... We will never come back here. An oil change does not take longer than 20 min tops. No one has come to apologize for the delay and there is zero mention or indication of them being busier than normal. I would not come here and will not recommend this place to anyone else. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait nearly 2 hours.

Don't go here! Worst ever. Made an appointment and they didn't look at it or do anything and still want to charge me. No call letting me know they haven't looked at it after 5 hours after appointment. Horrible place

Service department is amazing. They do a great job keeping you informed. Parts department on the other hand is much to be desired. They order wrong parts all the time, and they never call you back to tell you when parts arrive.

Hard to deal with. Went inside asking about the Jeep Cherokee and the salesman tried to push the Grand Cherokee. We had been there before when no one would come out to the lot. Service department has a good reputation.
