I give the actual h and r block 5 stars cause super helpful unfortunately this year was a joke with our tax specialist way to talkative and kept messing up stuff, showed today didn't even have a appt. To sign papers even tho she said we did. The secretary was super helpful by letting us know didn't even need a appointment just need to come in and sign them.

The lady that I worked with was a little stiff for conversation but other then that the service was up to par and I believe that she helped me get the most out of my refund. I have some tricky taxes coming up and I have a gut feeling that I can trust her to help me with that in the future.
