Miller Wellness Center is a great place for wellness where you can do your own workout or find just the right group fitness. Activities include swimming, weight lifting, riding the stationary bike, and rock climbing. The personal trainers are all awesome for extra help. The facility is really well taken care of, with a vibrant and welcoming environment created by the staff. It has the majority of cardio and bodybuilding machines. For those who work out often, lockers are available to store pre-workout, post-workout, and supplement items. The gym can become very overcrowded between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., so it is better to workout between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. Members also enjoy group fitness classes, a rock-climbing wall, and sports like racketball and badminton. Some feedback suggests adding more benches for bench pressing. Overall, it is an awesome facility where people enjoy working out and having a blast.

Great place to go and work out. I play pickleball at the courts there, when the weather is not good outside.
