“We were on a road trip when our car started making a loud racket. Pulled off of I90 and saw that the engine splash shield was broken and falling off. Weren’t sure if it could be fixed or just removed but we still had a lot of driving ahead of us and didn’t want our trip to be messed up. Seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere so there was some anxiety happening. Saw King Street Garage and all the five star reviews online so we made our first visit ever to Chamberlain. First of all, beautiful place. Worth the visit just to admire the town. Second, King Street Garage has a very friendly resident cat who had just messed up the computer on the desk/cat bed stand. This was the first sign we were in the right place. Then we met the man who got us back on the road in no time at all. Sorry that I didn’t get his name, seemed like the owner. Could not have been friendlier and more helpful. He popped that sucker off, told us we would be fine without it, charged us way less than expected, and sent us on our way. What a fantastic place of business. The people of Chamberlain and the travelers on I90 are very lucky to have King Street Garage. One million stars.”
