“This message is for Cathy Clark at Louise Ave PO. Yesterday I had to change my mail delivery address. I was assisted by a MOST AMAZING employee:Becky. She was helpful, energized, funny, and taught me things about how to go forward. She was one of the best experiences I have enjoyed at that PO. I know she is working for a manager who supports her and brings out the best in her performance. So thank u for the leadership that helps Becky, and then me, love the exchange. A Happy Customer, JoEllen Koerner”

“A good place for a truck driver. a huge place to maneuver. if you arrive early, that is, there is a parking place where you can sleep, relax after you have been put in the door, then be sure to take the keys to the truck by an employee.”

“I love these guys and gals. They set the bar for customer service. I recently remodeled my Motorhome and built a drum studio. Over seventy packages came for me and I got every one of them. Our postal employees matter. We need to make sure our votes keep them in the game!”
“I only take my packages to Hartford post office! The workers are professional and so knowledgeable...I trust them to get my packages where they need to go! Love the staff!”
