“Had such a great time shopping in store with my husband and our dog. Staff was friendly and helpful and I had some great finds. We had the unfortunate circumstance where our Jeep was stolen with my stuff in it (a few days later from our hotel in Rapid City) so I called the store to see if I could buy another top to have it shipped to me. Alex was more than willing to help, and took care of me immediately with such compassion and grace. 1000/10 customer service. Such an incredibly kind thing to do.
