“New client experience. One of my dogs has a chronic illness that requires frequent blood draws. After a traumatic experience at an office in Sioux Falls and repeatedly being scheduled with the vet that caused the trauma I decided to switch to Dells Vet. I explained the issue and measures to keep my dog as comfortable as possible. Both the tech and the vet took my concerns seriously and accommodated my requests and even took extra time to make sure she was as comfortable as possible with new people in a new office. I’m so glad I made the switch and regret not doing it sooner!”
