“One of my favorite loves I visited so far plenty of adequate parking. Great lot size clean parking lot. Took a shower. The showers were very clean. The water pressure was amazing. Then they have Hardee's at this one. I always get the snack wraps. A lot of places will skimp you on the tender, not here, they took care of me, very happy with my overall experience at this love's. We'll definitely be stopping here again”
“As I walk in and get in line, I am greeted by a Lakota woman greeting me in my language. As I wait in line I hear her conversing with an elderly couple while waiting on them, in LAKOTA! It is not everyday a Lakota can walk into a business in Rapid City and be greeted in Lakota, no less have an actual conversation, it felt welcoming and comforting, even for a moment. I appreciate you Ms. Red Bear. I will recommend you for a raise or promotion. “Look, I may be a little over the Top but after many cave dwelling years, this area has come to an end in the superstitions that were needed, and they have more room for many more. I am from Minnesota. l loved these guys ,but I love Circle k even more. The joined forces this will be a plus for customers! The stores are big and wide open ,have bakery and anything else you want. By the 6 have icees all year very important. Last ,not least please Train your staff, if want to keep up with the holiday / Circle K crowd because they do train their staff they behave differently and and I like it they are not only polite and helpful to the customers but when you walk in they're not hunting honey and hunting you to death so which I think sounds very unprofessional and yeah these guys they're always in the same color smocks they look neat and they they have their stores looking clean and neat which is a big plus and then last but not least like I said they are just there to help and they they are very helpful and I think that they're going to give all the rest of you guys fits and ulcers for many years.”

“Car wash; the reason for my visit. The lights for telling you when to stop, pull forward, and dry, are very difficult to see. The wash is not the greatest, but it does knock the SD road salt off. The undercarriage wash is fairly good.”

“First I must say the choice of music in the store is top notch. For a travel stop it is incredibly clean. It might not have everything you want but does have what is needed when traveling. The bonus of having a Papa Johns inside is great for a hot meal option over just candy and chips. There is ample parking and it looks like all vehicles are able to fuel there at the pumps. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm really glad this place fell on my path as I settle into Rapid City.”
“It is a nice store and very convenient since I only live about a mile away. It beats having to drive downtown when one wants a quick snack or for that time when you need purchase eggs or bread. I have been in the neighborhood for 8 years and this is my one complaint: they do not have any type of hand held shopping basket. Even now that they were purchased by the Fresh Start Franchise...still no basket. Yes, a person could bring in one of those reusable bags and get the same results. However, wouldn't it make sense for their corporate office to put them in the store? Let's face it, a basket says: "please come in and buy more stuff than you can hold in your hand." They are practically a mini grocery store and definitely bigger than places like Loaf and Jug.”
“To all the petty commenters here, yes, they ARE understaffed. Hence the early closing times! Of course they can dip out 2 minutes early because they work their asses off! If you have a chance to dip out of work early, I’m pretty sure you don’t hang around just for giggles. Being understaffed is stressful, and there are going to be longer wait times due to those staffing shortages. It would be so much easier on everyone if customers tried a little compassion! It isn’t personal. It’s our “new normal”. Deal with it.”
