The hotel is an older hotel and along with everything else is located on Main Street. The hotel owner Kathy is very kind, generous and has great hospitality and runs a great business and is willing to help with whatever she can. The property manager Don is a very friendly kind and sweet guy who stays at the premises and will help you out if you have any problems. They do not put up with problem guest which is great it makes for an excellent place to call home. The town of Herreid has been great the people treat even outsiders with great hospitality. I would highly recommend if your passing through and need a great place to sleep this should be you’re stop you won’t be disappointed.”
