The hotel is praised for its clean and well-maintained rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The location is described as convenient, and the free breakfast is enjoyed by many. The hotel features both an indoor and outdoor pool, although the indoor pool has received some negative feedback regarding its cleanliness and odor. Overall, guests have had a positive experience, with the hotel's amenities and service meeting their expectations. While the hotel may not be perfect, it provides a good value for the price and is a suitable choice for those visiting the area.
Standard Best Western Hotel. Our Room was clean and spacious, with a view to the back (every evening some deer visited the neighbors). Perfect location to explore the Black Hills. Walking distance to nice restaurants in town. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed and pillow quality were...meh. Decent breakfast with a fair amount of options. Average coffee. Hot water and big bathroom. Location is easy to find and right when you enter Hill City

I would use this hotel again. Loved the location. Super helpful staff, had a large breakfast area and very good selection. Other amenities I didn't get to try.
