“I purchased a t-shirt in September 2024 and when I got home realized that there was a misspelling on the decal. I called and spoke to Sammy who was willing to make things right but we were leaving the next day for home. He said to call him when we got home and they would take care of things. So I did. Destiny returned my call and Mountain Souvenirs held true to their word. Destiny sent me options asked me what replacement decal I wanted, along with many color options. She took care of everyting. A few short days later, on my doorstep, was a replacement t-shirt. I would recommend shopping at Mountain Souvenirs in Hill City, SD - their customer service is unbeatable.

“What a unique little shop! There was so much we could have bought. The metal outdoor lawn ornaments drew us in, and we did purchase one. I loved all of the little interior block signs with little original messages. I think we talked to the owner, she was so pleasant. Great little store! A must stop in Hill City!”
