“The little town of Hot Springs doesn't have much competition for this store, but even if it did, even if I'm at Home Depot and a Lowe's here, the staff at the Ace Hardware and they're focus being on customer service, well they would definitely do more than just hold their own. Working in the area for just under 2 years, and I've been going to the store at least two times a week, other than not having 3x gloves, they've had what I've been looking for. I always find the one Store employee in particular to help me with my needs, as many times as I've called on her for her assistance, which is a lot, I still can't remember her name. Standing just under 7 ft tall, and just under 300 lbs for the time being, I absolutely Tower over everyone, especially this little lady who couldn't be more than 4 ft 11. And in nearly two years and countless interactions with this woman, not once not ever not even a little bit, has my size had the slightest effect on her. She's an amazing employee at the store who can solve each and every problem I've thrown at her. I suppose they're all like that, in fact I'm sure of it.”
