“After losing a screw to my starter assembly on my Harley I stopped here and the guy just came out and took a hour of his time to find the right part . Tried at least 4 different screws until he found the right one . Would of been a kick in the butt without that 1 part . Anyway hats off to the people that work there . I guarantee if it would a auto zone or another national store it would not have happened.”

I have had problems with my local auto parts store (Sturtevant's) for a year now. I went to AutoZone to ask a couple of questions with the oil filter I had. The guy there (William) answered all of my questions. He even opened the box looked at it, and then asked me if it came like this? I said yes. And then proceeds to tell me that there is supposed to be a protective cover over it to keep dust and stuff out. (oh heck no!) So I went ahead and got a new oil filter, and this time it was properly packaged. William was honest, professional, and straightforward with me. Will definitely be coming here from now on! To get stuff to do my oil changes and other maintenance. Thank you again William.”
