“We had THE BEST TIME shopping at The Vault for my daughter’s Senior Prom dress. We utilize the option for an after hours appointment and it was the best. The ladies (Emily, Eva and Brooke) were attentive the entirety of our stay. They listened to what my daughter was saying kindly offered suggestions, dresses to try and endless alternatives until we found the perfect dress. We weren’t rushed or made to feel uncomfortable… they treated us as though they enjoyed having us there and genuinely wanted to be a part of the process.
We’re from a larger town and randomly came across this shop (we were in town for a soccer tournament) and had low expectations. What could a small shop in Mitchell, SD possibly have to offer??? We had NO IDEA what a gem of a place we’d stumbled upon. If you’re looking for a formal dress, the inventory is insane. If you’re looking for baby gear or Jellycat collectors, if you like lululemon or other athleisure gear, they have it all. Super impressed and am now looking for reasons to go back to Mitchell to shop.”
