I had told him prior kind of what I was looking for, and when I was ready to buy, he had different options in mind complete with the modifications I could make. He hooked us up with their interest-free financing and some furniture protection. A+ service! Fast forward to delivery day, and the two gentleman that delivered our furniture were friendly, professional and polite! The automated updates and watching their location was super helpful! Would highly recommend!”

“Excellent store and wonderful employees in Mitchell SD !! Steve in the sporting goods department is so great !! I bought an otter ice fishing house over the phone and could not pay for it over the phone and I said would be a week before I could get there to pick it up. They said no problem we will put it in back for you . I live in Wyoming 500 miles from store and said will be traveling through in a week . Their word was good and my house was there when I got there ! It was already put together and I had some concerns hauling it so far . I asked Steve if I could pick it up on way back from Nebraska on are way back after I payed for it and if they could put some shrink wrap around it and Steve said no problem !! We were in hurry on way back and I went to help desk and said I had something to pickup and they were very fast and helpful. A very nice young man was out back waiting for me before I could drive around to loading area. He helped me load it and it was wrapped very well and made it back to Wyoming in perfect shape . When in the store people asked if you needed help !! Usually you can’t find anyone to help you ! That is not the case at Runnings in Mitchell ! Wonderful experience and will definitely shop there again !”
