“We needed a latch repaired on our truck door, while passing through the area on our way west. They not only, were the only shop in town that had the right parts; but they went out of the way to get our truck fixed and back on the road as efficiently as possible! It was an extremely hot day and they even offered a power outlet to plug in our camper while we waited. “Had my Sprinter RV drivetrain fail when pulling put of the KOA. They towed it to their shop on the weekend and gave us a loaner. Monday morning they had deduced it was a stripped rear wheel hub at the splines to the axle, and the opposing side was almost toast too. They had the parts in from Mercedes the next day and installed. Apparently this is not an uncommon failure point for fully loaded Sprinters at 60-100k miles (I had about 80k on the hubs). They have flatbed tow vehicles, which is safest for modern vehicles now. The labor price was reasonable. The parts were charged at the same cost I found online from the manufacturer. I suspect if I did this anywhere on the west coast, the labor rate would have been two to four times the cost plus there'd be a parts markup. I had an aftermarket axle installed so it was not stock, either (the axle had zero wear, so that was good to observe).”
