“Stopped in for a 2” muffler, some exhaust pipe adapters, the necessary clamps and a 7 ft chunk of pipe to put an exhaust back on my Jeep. They carry a lot of exhaust parts, they had everything I needed besides the 7 ft chunk of pipe. They were able to order. Came in 3 days later for me to pickup after work, at an affordable price. Spoke with parts specialist Justin he was very prompt it finding what I needed as well as helping get what I needed ordered. Customer service was great. “Customer service reached out, was something to do with the weather so entirely out of their control, changed from a 3 star to a 5 star.”

He had me in the next day and had my car done on time.The price was as quoted. “Saved our road trip! We had issues with our generator fuel filter and couldn't find a replacement anywhere. Called 8 different shops before this one was recommended. They didn't have the part either, but when I explained the situation, they put together a totally different system they thought I could make work, and I did. They even let me pick up parts late and sent along some swag. All for someone just passing through.”
“Doesn't always have to parts you may need, but the staff is both helpful and knowledgeable. If you don't know the name of a part you need, but you bring in the old one, or a picture, or can describe it well they can usually figure out what you're talking about. Great for inexperienced people looking for discount parts to get by with.”
“Called and spoke with Devan, he was very polite I needed a few light bulbs and a pigtail he was very helpful in finding single bulbs instead of two packs. ( as I needed 1 amber and 1 white.) His customer service was excellent, friendly tone through the phone, all the way to the interaction at store. There were even able to pull and set aside the parts for me.”

“We were traveling through South Dakota in July, pulling an RV, when my DEF pump decides to go out. It's a Friday afternoon around 3:00 when I called Wegner Auto to see if they could help. Keith, the service advisor, was able to find a willing technician to stay over long enough to check out our problem. The technician diagnosed the problem, found the part in stock, and he had us back on the road in just over an hour! It's customer service like this that counts, and their people are the ones that make their business outstanding. You were a blessing to us!”

“Costumer service excellent! Friendly staff. I dropped off my vehicle for estimate and then again to have work done. Both times I waited My turn or for my ride. I noticed not much of a customer service waiting area. Coffee, hot chocolate or cups for water. Maybe music or tv to help pass the time.
