“Clean gym, no complaints. My biggest praise is that when I had to cancel my
membership, they didn’t give me any grief or make me jump through a bunch of hoops. I simply followed the instructions on the agreement, cc’ed the financial institution on my email, and that was that. If you weren’t joining because you were worried about not being able to cancel after the terms of your agreement had been fulfilled, be assured that it wasn’t an issue for me.”
