About Cambria Hotel Rapid City near Mount Rushmore
Cambria Hotel Rapid City near Mount Rushmore offers a range of experiences for guests. Many reviewers highlight the exceptional hospitality, with staff making visitors feel valued and appreciated. The food is also praised, especially the catering, which exceeded expectations. Rooms are described as clean and decent-sized, with some guests appreciating the office area for work-related trips.
However, there are notable drawbacks. Guests without vehicles may feel trapped, as nearby dining options are limited. The hotel restaurant has faced criticism for being closed during certain days, and the lack of breakfast service has disappointed some visitors. Additionally, the quality of linens and towels has been called into question, and the overall room cleaning service has been described as insufficient.
While the hotel is centrally located and features a shuttle service, some guests mention that the amenities and services do not meet the standards expected for the price. Issues with the pool cleanliness and smaller TV sizes compared to competitors were also noted. Overall, while Cambria Hotel has its strengths, there are significant areas that need improvement.
Great clean hotel with nice gym and pool/hot tub area. Decent bar and food set up downstairs with a store for additional options

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. I left an item in my room by mistake and they worked with me to get it mailed to my house.

We had a great stay! Michael and Stacy at the front desk were top notch! Pool was too cold and had chemicals at the bottom that didn’t desolve or something. Could use a good cleaning. Room was nice. Could use updating of some wear on curtains and wood decor but it was clean. Would recommend.
