I was charged for accessories this retailer said would be free and included in the phone price. When I brought the items in for a refund I was denied one. When I asked her for their names she wrote fake names down on a post it note for me. I've never had such terrible customer service!! Sneaky sales tactics and dishonest all around.

I had been to the cricket business in Spearfish seeking assistance with my phone, but I was told they couldn't help me and to call cricket instead. I asked if when calling Cricket would I get someone who speaks English and was told likely not. So I dealt with my phone not working for months. Today, I decided to try this cricket in Rapid city. I had very low hopes, especially with my last cricket interaction in Spearfish. Let me just say William is great and very knowledgeable! He actually listened to my problem and tried everything he could think of to try and fix my problem. He tried chatting with cricket for help (cricket chat itself sucks) & even contacted his boss for other ideas! My problem was not fixed, but I appreciate him trying everything he could think of to help me! I was very impressed with his customer service!

I broke my phone while at work. The gentleman working there was courteous and helped me quickly replace my phone and getting everything transferred. It was pretty fast so I could back to work.

5 stars for excellent service ? If I wasn't about my sobriety I would have a drink with the crew .. they cool people . I don't usually write reviews , bur they deserve a good one . The crew on West Omaha is all right . .. salute!!

Absolute worst customer servive I have ever recieved from a store/regional manager!!!! Have had Cricket for YEARS! Has always been wonderful and caring service, but this manager sounded like she wanted to throw the phone as she was speaking to us. Every experience besides this one has been great! Current store manager needs a lesson in customer service and lots of anger management classes. Truly should not represent the business. I've been in the service industry 10+ years and this is appalling and also the only bad review I have ever left.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I drove 30 minutes to the store (one way, an hour total) to upgrade my phone and wanted to just pay in cash outright for the phone. The employee (glasses and scruffy beard) told me the phone I wanted was only available online and then sent me to another store to look at a similar (but double the price) model. The employee at the other store was clearly brand new at the job and had no idea what she was doing. She was nice but not very informative. I left the second store wihout a new phone. After talking to cricket customer service online for over an hour, and to a supervisor, the phone is apparently actually available in stores!! I have wasted so much time and am very frustrated and disappointed.
